Upon arrival at La Quinta by Wyndham Queenstown, you will be presented with a guest check-in sheet that lists the terms and conditions of your stay. You will need to accept these terms prior to receiving your key card.

Please note, a valid credit card will be required to check-in. A debit card will not be acceptable. In the absence of a credit card, a $200 authorisation or cash deposit may be held against your room – refundable upon checkout.

Please ensure the Credit Card selected to make your reservation with is the Credit Card you intend your booking payment to process with, as changing your method of payment is not an option once your Credit Card has the accommodation prepayment charged to it. All credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge, with the exception of American Express which has a surcharge of 3%.

Smoking in the room or excessive cooking odours will incur additional cleaning charges.

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Any cancellations within 24 hours of check-in result in a 100% penalty.

Add $500 to smoking/excessive cleaning. Group Booking (Group is defined by more than 3 rooms) to be paid 30 days prior to arrival, which is non-refundable.
